AIMES Mission
AIMES Consulting and Supportive Living Service provides quality services to individuals
with developmental disabilities. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for persons
with developmental disabilities by treating them with dignity and respect and encouraging
each person receiving services to make choices and decisions about their lives, attain
their maximum potential for independence and to become integrated into their
community.

people, regardless of their background and “Ability”...
AIMES is committed to providing support to individuals as they gain personal
independence at home, and their communities. For the human spirit to triumph, we
believe people must:
We are aware of and sensitive to each individual's specific needs, and provide
individuals with trained and qualified staff to ensure these needs are met. We make
every effort to encourage our program participants to develop or pursue personal
interests, to become active members of their communities, and to experience all that life
has to offer. The individuals in our program are always active participants in program
planning. Choices are always offered and, more importantly, honored. AIMES Consulting
and Supportive Living Service is unwavering in its commitment to ensure the highest
